Yes, Curbside Cyclery offers a wide variety of services from tube changes, tune-ups, bike assembly, shock service, component upgrades, etc. in a timely manner. We do not service motorized bikes or stationary bikes. Contact Mike at 480-598-6778 if you have specific questions about repairs.

Curbside Cyclery offers flat changes while you wait. We do not repair the tube but replace it with a new tube. The cost of this service is $5.00 per tire plus the cost of tube (ranging in price from $4.50 – $20.00). If you bring in your own tube, we charge $10.00 for the tube change.

Curbside Cyclery does not make appointments for service so just drop off your bike during normal business hours. Due to the high volume and demand for service during Covid-19, the turn-around time for service may be 3-4 days and longer if parts need to be ordered. Our goal is to get you back riding as quickly as possible so let us know if you have any time constraints when you drop your bike off for service. You will pay for service at the time of pick-up.

We continue to be amazed at the support we have received from long-time customers and thrilled about the increased interest in cycling as we’ve seen new and returning riders take an interest in getting outside and on their bikes!

Our business hours have remained the same throughout the pandemic; we are here for you every day of the week but Tuesday when we are closed.

Customers have been allowed and continue to be welcomed into the store. Per the City of Phoenix mandate effective June 20th, we are wearing masks and asking you to do the same. And while we ask everyone to respect social distancing while in the store, please particularly keep this in mind at the service counter as well as the register. We want to hang out and talk bikes too, but we need to make sure the space is safe for all of us!

We are disinfecting incoming bikes for service/repair, rentals and test ride bikes. We are cleaning “high touch” surfaces and items frequently. We are washing our hands frequently and encouraging you to do the same. Hand sanitizer is available at the register for your use. We are checking with the CDC regularly to stay informed and up to date on any changes to health practices during the pandemic. Most of all, we are staying positive that we are in this TOGETHER and we will get through this challenging, unprecedented time with patience, kindness and reasonable precautions.
